All digital products that have a “Satisfaction Guaranteed” badge include a limited warranty refund policy.
I hope you’ll love using these digital products as much as I do, but if you're not happy, the refund policy is simple: if you purchased a “Satisfaction Guaranteed” digital product and you are not 100% satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of the date of your purchase. No questions asked.

The warranty is limited to a use of 2 times per customer.
Bundles, freebies, and subscriptions are not included unless otherwise indicated.
Once your request is approved, please allow up to 7 days for the process of your refund.
The license agreement for your product is automatically voided after receiving a refund.
All refunds are issued solely at Tim Hankins Design’s discretion and will be refused if it seems the guarantee is being abused.
