My family was displaced by the Eaton Fire and we were absolutely overwhelmed by the generosity of our friends, family and community. My wife and I wanted to figure out a way to give back to the community that has given us so much so I did what I normally do–I designed a set of Altadena-themed items dedicated to the town we love.

Every year around the holidays we hung a peace sign lit by Christmas lights on the hedge that faced our well-traveled intersection. Little did I know how many people in the neighborhood appreciated seeing it each year after it went up. Soon after the Eaton Fire, one of my first thoughts after hearing our home survived was if our peace sign also made it–and it did. It was a small beacon of hope showing that what once was, could still be, in our beloved community. That resilient little sign is what inspired the Peace Heart icon on these designs.

Peace, Love and Altadena–Forever.
